Asuka is generally a cheerful girl and energetic. She can be loud when she gets too excited. She can easily forgives people just to avoid any further conflict. Despite her attempts to avoid conflict, when it comes to her friends, she's never hesitant to defend them. She prefer scolding her friends when they're alone to avoid embarassing them and hurting their feelings.

Background
Asuka was raised in France, attending art school for her to grow her singing talent. However, due to her mom's poor health condition, they decided to move back to her mother's home country and live there. Being hesitant, Asuka refused and begged her parents to let her stay with her grandparents to continue her study.When she was just 15 years old, Asuka was being bullied because she rejected a senior's confessions. Beside being bullied by that senior's friends, she was also being bullied by the girls who likes him. Even though it was hard, she endured it for the sake of her dream being a singer. However, Asuka started to show some signs of heart attack. After thorough diagnosis, she was told that she got a Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. Because of that, her grandparents urged her to go to Japan to be with her parents. Asuka wanted to refuse, afraid to leave both her grandparents alone. After moments of crying and convincing, Asuka agreed to go to Japan.Staying in Makochi wasn't easy at first, especially with the language barrier and her accent that sound weird. Still, she managed to make herself comfortable with helping her parents manage the cafe and bakery while home-schooling.

Sumika is Asuka's mother. She was studying in France when she met Asuka's father. It was her who encouraged Asuka to start baking alongside her. She decided to move to Japan due to her poor health condition. It was her in-laws idea to let her move back to Japan with their son, Adrien.2. Yoshino Adrien
Asuka's father, he took Sumika's name since they got married. Like Asuka, he's also a cheerful person who can be loud when gets too excited. Loves his wife and daughter very much, sometimes can be over protective. He was afraid of them first time moving to Makochi, but he had soften up a bit more since then.
